Welcome to Lisnabrague Lodge

Welcome to Glamping in the gorgeous surrounds of Poyntzpass Co Down. The Glamping Pods are located within the historical demesne of Lisnabrague Lodge. The house itself dates to 1700 and has been modernised by the family who currently live there. The Glamping Pods are a recent addition to this beautiful countryside and located on a working Dairy Farm.

These comfy Glamping Pods  sit on the brow of a hill with a lakeside views over Lough Shark or Acton Lake. This lake was established as a feeder to Newry Canal which flows alongside it taking you from Newry to Portadown. The Sluice Keepers Cottage catalogues the history of Newry Canal. The Towpath is popular for walking or cycling.

Each pod is named after a countryside animal. The Foxs Den, the Hares Hollow and the Pheasant Pen. They each have 4 mattresses, a fridge, kettle and heater. There is a firepit / barbecue and picnic table with a parasol at each one. There is a shared bathroom pod with and electric shower and an outdoor sink for washing plates etc.

There is a Hottub on site for Glampers to use during their stay. It is located beside the Pods overlooking the Lake.
